If you are new to training with dumbbells, or new to weight lifting and weights in general, I suggest reading The Basics page first of all. This contains some useful tips on warming up, stretching, the structure of a weight training session, and form.
Once you are comfortable with the basics, you can follow one of our tailor made, goal specific dumbbell workouts. We have sections for fat loss/conditioning workouts, beginners full body workouts, and more advanced split training routines.
